A classic varsity jacket, cut from Hainsworth doeskin. 100% Merino wool, tightly milled to a twill weave with a smooth face finish, 390gsm, woven in West Yorkshire at a mill that has been weaving since 1783. It is the same doeskin the King's Guard wear. The name comes from its likeness to the skin of a female deer: the nap lies one way so rain runs off it, and the face finish catches the light and throws it back.

Full embroidery artwork across the back, full leather branding, and a gold RIRI two-way zip. The signature rib-knit collar, cuffs and hem give the classic varsity finish.
